Pastor Mboro pleads for his 30 employees in bail applications

JOHANNESBURG – Self-proclaimed prophet, Paseka ‘Mboro’ Motsoeneng appeared at the Palm Ridge Magistrate’s Court request bail.

Pastor Mboro says his arrest and the burning of his church will heavily impact many livelihoods, with up to 30 church employees set to lose their jobs.

Mboro, his son and his bodyguard were arrested last week after a video showing him wielding a panga at teachers and pupils in a Katlehong primary school went viral on social media.

The three face multiple charges including assault and kidnapping.
