‎RCRC to launch platform for land applications


Ibrahim Al-Sultan, CEO of the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC), said the authority will start immediately to implement Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s directives to provide developed and planned residential lands for citizens in Riyadh.

Al-Sultan confirmed that work is underway to launch a platform to receive and process applications, Al-Ekhbariya TV reported.

He pointed out that coordination with relevant authorities is ongoing to expedite the land announcement process, monitor real estate prices, and submit periodic reports.

According to data available with Argaam, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman directed the implementation of several measures to balance the real estate market in Riyadh amid higher land prices and rentals.
